la ansiedad, el miedo y la sensaci\u00f3n de no pertenecer a nada, <strong>encontr\u00e9 mi libertad.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Recuperarse de un TCA<\/strong> al 100% es posible, sin importar cu\u00e1nto tiempo hayas vivido con \u00e9l o cu\u00e1nto de tu propia vida est\u00e9 ligada al trastorno, es alcanzable para todas las persona.<\/p><p>Gracias a que romp\u00ed esas cadenas, decid\u00ed integrar mis conocimientos como Coach y con una <strong>Maestr\u00eda en Educaci\u00f3n Familiar<\/strong>, diferentes diplomados y cursos alrededor de los Trastornos de la Conducta Alimentaria y el \u00e1rea de Educaci\u00f3n infantil, y lo m\u00e1s importante, mi experiencia personal, para ayudar a todas esas personas que est\u00e1n viviendo en las garras <strong>de la anorexia, bulimia, compulsi\u00f3n, restricci\u00f3n, ortorexia, etc.<\/strong><\/p><p>La mejor manera de alcanzar esta recuperaci\u00f3n es con una red de apoyo fuerte, como familia, amigos y
